Season 2 of What I Want Fitness Premiered Sunday September 27, 2006 with high anticipations and quite a large viewing audience. Within the first 38 hours of release the first episode was downloaded 15,000 times.
The success of the What I Want Fitness show has been related to the overwhelming amount of fan loyalty the show has received. It also is a great example of the quality workouts and tremedous work effort of host and trainer, Mike Causadias. Season 2 of What I Want Fitness will feature new exercise routines, great new locations, and featured guests. The show will highlight different body structures and show different individuals performing various exercises This continues with the What I Want Fitness motto of getting "all body types involved". The show will feature guests who will speak about their experiences with the What I Want Fitness podcast program.
