1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons miced garlic
2 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons fresh ground ginger
½ teaspoon of grated lime rind

Place first 7 ingredients in a large zip-lock bag. Add chicken; seal the bag and then marinate in the refrigerator for an hour. Then remove then chicken after an hour and save the marinade.
Next, you preheat the broiler. Then place the chicken on a foil lined pan coated with cooking spray, broil it for 8 minutes on each side or until finished.
